Luna’s Health Voyage

What a year it has been being a leopard gecko parent. Luna, my 4yr old leo started to not eat in October 2023 which concerned me. I took her to the vet for the first time and she was diagnosed with mouth rot and a vitamin A deficiency. This is the Journey we embarked on since last October and spent to my husband’s dismay a few thousand dollars on her.

At one point in January, I had called the vet worried since luna wouldn’t eat and was lethargic and they said over the phone I should bring her in and put her down! I cried and said “I am not ready for that!”. Luna is on the mend today and I am so thankful for my decision to keep fighting and caring my for sweet pet.
