Strive Iceland

My favorite adventures have been my Strive challenges around the world. First, Kenya, then Bhutan and the last one in India! My next commitment is Strive iceland with an amazing itinerary in a beautiful landscape!

The Route

A few differences this time for lodging as We will be pitching our own tents and also sleeping in the daylight. An eye mask is going to be a must!

First we will bike on gravel roads that are only open for a few weeks a year due to weather! I am intrigued to understand this better.

Then we will hike through gorgeous terrain and a variety of sceneries like lava fields, steaming vents and snow fields. Some days we will have river crossings that might get up to our thighs… and I doubt the water is warm. It sounds miraculous!

The final day we split into groups, half will go do a volcano decent and the other half will snorkel the silfra fissure.
