the Gang Gang

Every woman has a girls group and mine is called the GANG GANG. This group has been around for years and is filled with supportive, fun, uplifting, go-your-back, give it to you real, badass women.

I was introduced to most of these women by my best friend. we’ve partied together, cried together, had babies and surgeries. We’ve been through breakups, divorces and marriages together.

The Foundation: Unwavering Support

This isn't just "polite" friendship; it's the kind of support that functions like a safety net made of steel.

  • The "3 A.M. Rule": You can drop a crisis in the group chat at any hour, and within minutes will have someone ready to help.

  • Zero-Judgment Zone: It’s a space where you can admit your biggest failures or weirdest thoughts without fear. (well, there have been a few cringey moments with a couple!)

  • The Hype Machine: This crew is your loudest cheerleader. If you win, they celebrate like they won too. They see your potential even when you’re having a "imposter syndrome" day.

The Energy: The "Badass" Factor

A badass group doesn't just sit around—they move. They challenge each other to be better, bolder, and more authentic.

  • Radical Candor: This crew loves you enough to tell you when you’re being dramatic or making a mistake. It’s "tough love" delivered with total loyalty.

  • Fearlessness: We encourage each other. We’re the friends who say, "Apply for the job," "Ask him out," or "Start the business."

The Vibe: High-Octane Fun

The fun isn't performative; it’s authentic, loud, and usually a little chaotic.

  • Inside Jokes as a Second Language: Half of the conversation is references that no one else would understand.

  • Adventure over Routine: We love a good night out but we love to change it up with booking a last-minute trip, get outside at a park/festival, do wellness, or stay up until dawn at the lakehouse.

  • The "Safe to be Weird" Factor: It’s the group where you can be your most unpolished, hilarious self. There’s no need to "perform"

  • womanhood; you just get to Be yourself.
